Bridal Appointment Reservation Policy

A $30 reservation fee is required to secure your bridal appointment. This fee is non-refundable and reserves a dedicated bridal consultant and private dressing room for your selected date and time.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to accommodate a new date or time based on availability. However, if your appointment is canceled, you are no longer needing to shop for a bridal gown, or you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment, the reservation fee will be forfeited.
